Hunting or hired · invite-only beta
Your mini you.
Caveman.
An AI agent that runs your career in the background — actively hunting roles that match your bar, or quietly keeping doors warm. Caveman watches LinkedIn and recruiter inbound, drafts outreach in your voice, and filters the noise.
Built by operators from Vercel · WhiteContext · Adcare · Hardbox · Altimi. Backend already in production for paying clients.

The morning text
A short summary on your lock screen, every morning.
By the time you check your phone, caveman has already scanned the channels and made decisions. The morning text is a concise digest: above-bar matches found overnight, drafted outreach ready to send, and a tally of below-bar noise that was filtered.
No filler, no padding. If something matters, it gets called out. If nothing does, the agent stays quiet.

Your bar
One threshold. Everything above it surfaces.
You define the bar in five minutes — compensation floor, target role, dealbreakers. caveman scores every incoming opportunity against it. Above-bar surfaces with full context. Below-bar gets a polite, on-brand decline drafted in your voice.

The Sunday digest
A static weekly tally. No notifications, no urgency.
Sundays are quiet by design. caveman ships a clean read-only report of the week: opportunities surfaced, outreach sent, warm replies received, and noise filtered. Read it with coffee, then close the app.
The point of the weekly view is to show progress without demanding action.
Yesterday, in your phone
260 things checked. 4 worth your attention.
caveman runs in 5–30 minute cycles around the clock. Here’s a real shape of a typical 24 hours: scans, triages, drafts, and the few moments where it brings something to your attention.

What caveman does
Four jobs, four characters. The whole family is at work.
Visually we draw the agent as a small caveman family — a hunter, a fire-keeper, a lookout, a gate-keeper. Under the hood it’s one continuous backend; the metaphor just makes it obvious which job is running at any given moment.
Hunt
Live target list
Continuously scoured: companies and people scored against your criteria. Updated every few hours. Sourced from your network plus the open job graph.
Nudge
Drafted outreach
Congrats, follow-ups, peer moves, just-saying-hi. Generated in your voice from a 5-minute sample. Sent autonomously by default; flip manual mode on anytime to approve each one first.
Signal
Event watcher
Funding rounds, hiring waves, peer moves, comp shifts. Cross-referenced against your hunt list. The few that matter surface; the rest get filtered.
Gate
Inbound triage
Recruiter pings, cold messages, founder DMs. Each one scored against your bar. Below-bar gets a polite decline drafted in your voice; above-bar gets escalated.
In your phone
Three taps a day. That’s the whole UX.
Caveman runs autonomously. The app exists for the moments you want to glance: what surfaced, what got handled, and the dial you turn when something feels off.

How it works
Five minutes to set him up. He works forever.
Define the bar
Five-minute onboarding, voice or form. Target role, comp floor, dealbreakers. We turn that into a scoring rubric for everything that follows.
We build your hunt list
From your existing network plus the open job graph: typically 50–200 companies and 500–2,000 people, ranked by fit and relationship warmth.
It runs in the background
Daily morning text. Weekly Sunday digest. Drafted nudges queue for your approval. Career maintenance happens whether or not you're actively looking.
What only your caveman has
Your data, your network, your voice — captured by him alone.
LinkedIn knows where you worked. ChatGPT knows everyone’s stack. Toptal knows your hourly rate. Only your caveman knows how you actually work. Built up week by week, owned end-to-end by you.

How caveman talks
Narrow. Loyal. Tireless. Funny on accident.
He doesn’t pretend to be smart. He doesn’t try to be your friend. He just hunts, drafts, scouts, gates — and tells you what he did.
When he finds something good
“cave alert. stripe opened a staff ml role. two of yours work there. want caveman to fetch an intro?”
When he triages a low-quality ping
“recruiter sniffed around. below bar. caveman handled.”
When you've been quiet
“caveman did 14 things while you were away. want to see?”
When something matters
“caveman thinks this one matters. read carefully.”
When you tell him to chill
“caveman quiet now.”
When he drafts a nudge
“caveman drafted nudge to sarah. want to send?”
Who has a caveman
Two audiences. Same agent.
Senior people actively hunting their next role; senior people quietly employed and quietly open. caveman serves both with the same continuous backend — the only thing that changes is how loudly you let it knock on doors.

Why a caveman
Not a smarter you.
A narrow agent that does one job well.
Most AI tools are aiming for the general assistant — a smarter twin that can do anything. caveman is the opposite: a focused agent that does professional networking and only that, but does it continuously, on your terms, in your voice.
Visually we call it your mini caveman, because the metaphor sets expectations correctly: not wise, not your friend, not trying to replace you. Hunts, drafts, scouts, gates. Tells you what it did.
The longer it runs for you, the better it sounds like you. Your data, your voice corpus, your hunt list — all owned by you and portable.
vs the field
Everyone sells access to you. Caveman works for you.

FAQ
The questions everyone asks.
Does my employer see anything?
No. Nothing public. No 'open to work' badge or LinkedIn status changes. The agent operates from your own authenticated accounts (LinkedIn, Gmail, calendar) and never broadcasts your search status. Your current employer sees the same profile they saw yesterday.
What if I'm actively job hunting right now?
caveman turns the search into a continuous background job. It works LinkedIn, recruiter inbound, and the open job graph 24/7, drafts personalized outreach for above-bar matches, and replies for you on the threads that aren't worth reading. Time-to-first-conversation drops from weeks of solo searching to days.
What if I'm happy in my current job?
That's the best time to onboard. Continuous low-effort networking when you're not looking is what gives you optionality when something changes. The agent runs quietly in the background; you can pause it anytime.
How does it sound like me?
Voice corpus is built from a 5-minute onboarding plus every nudge you approve or edit. After 4–6 weeks of approved drafts, generated outreach passes the 'is this me?' test. In-app microcopy stays in caveman voice; outbound messages stay in yours.
What does it cost?
Free during the invite-only beta. Single-digit dollars/month after launch. Your data, voice corpus, and hunt list are yours and portable — they leave with you whenever you choose.
Your mini you.
Caveman.
Invite-only beta. We’re onboarding both active job hunters and the quietly employed — one cohort at a time, 5 minutes each.
